AIR ASSIST NOZZLE FOR XTOOL D1

An air assist for the Xtool D1 laser engraver that routes the air around the stock laser shield, so you do not have to cut or drill anything. It is installed by removing the shield, putting the nozzle in place, then re-installing the shield. The nozzle fits snugly around the 16mm Xtool D1 lens and the air flow keeps the lens clear of debris. It does not impede focus function and requires no special tools (other than the tools included with the laser) to install. The optional (but recommended) tube guide will need 1 M3x30mm screw (exactly 5 mm longer than the stock screw)

The barb is sized for silicone tubing with a 1/4 inch ID for plenty or air flow. The tubing also fits on an inexpensive air pump without the need for adapters.
